Thanks to everyone who responded and feel free to PM me for any advice if you're looking to incorporate something similar. This was a really great exercise and I learnt a lot about excel and what it can do - and better yet my to-read list is now always up to date! Then I made all the values absolute (using VBA) and transposed them into the one column. deleting unnecessary columns) but eventually got an output I could work with.Īs the data exported in the table as: rating:"8.88" I used a MID function to extract the relevant rating value. It scrapes data from interactive websites (social media), e-commerce websites, blogs, and any web page. Octoparse mimics human behavior when fetching and extracting data. I did a lot of manual work for this as a work around (i.e. Web Scraper goes for 50 for 100,000-page credits to 250 for 2,000,000 credits. Then if you open it as a csv document in Power Query, the bottom row will populate all the necessary columns. I then used the ISBNs in the url (just like with Goodreads) to get a text file similar to the links on this page. With our advanced web scraper, extracting data is as easy as clicking on the data you need. ParseHub Web Scraping and Data Extraction ParseHub is a free and powerful web scraping tool. I managed to eventually find a Works JSON API that outputs in javascript. An open source and collaborative framework for extracting the data you need from websites. I decided on using the Get review statistics given a list of ISBNs option as I already had that information at hand. In addition to throwing one Shuriken with his primary fire, he can also throw 3 of them at once using his secondary fire method called Fan of Blades. He can hold up to 30 Shurikens at once and will need to reload for 1.5 seconds either manually or when running out of reserves. As a thrown weapon, it acts as a projectile. In the primary fire mode, Genji will throw one Shuriken at his enemies. ShurikenĪs a ninja, Genji has access to a lot of Shurikens. This is a passive ability and very integral to the flanking nature of Genji’s kit. This can be used to be extremely mobile, which can be used to move between targets, evade fire, or simply surprise enemies by coming from unexpected angles. This grants him Cyber Agility, which lets him climb on walls and double jump. Cyber AgilityĪs a cyber ninja, Genji possesses an incredible amount of agility. Using this method, players can easily slash their way to a win for their team. When he catches players off guard, he can make short work of them before swiftly moving on to the next one. As a flanking hero, his strength lies in moving from target to target swiftly. Because of this, he will play the same way, which means using his abilities to get in and out of engagements quickly. While Genji did get a cosmetic overhaul, he is basically the same character he was in the original Overwatch. NOW READ: TODAY'S COIN MASTER FREE SPINS HAVE ARRIVED - FIND OUT WHAT THEY ARE HERE! Genji’s abilities in Overwatch 2 Note: You can read about all of the Overwatch 2 characters here. However, in the right hands, after learning his abilities, players will be able to fly across the battlefield and strike fear into the heart of their foes as they rush towards victory. This means players returning from Overwatch will feel right at home, though those picking him up for the first time will have a bit of a learning curve. Genji’s abilities remain largely unchanged for Overwatch 2, even though he did receive a cosmetic makeover. For those that are looking for a hero that can deliver swift justice, Genji is a great choice. Not only does he have a lot of mobility, but he is able to block incoming attacks with lightning speed, and even strike down his foes with a large katana. In Overwatch 2, Genji is a cybernetic ninja that is able to move swiftly across the battlefield. Here is everything that players need to know about Genji in Overwatch 2. Genji is a DPS hero that is a cybernetic ninja that is quick and nimble and is able to dish out punishing damage quickly. Each role has its own unique place on a team. These roles include: tanks who defend their team from damage, supports that heal their team and DPS that deals massive damage to the enemy. In addition to each hero being unique, they all fall into one of 3 different roles. Each hero has their own special personality, playstyle, abilities, and even weapons. Overwatch 2 is a team-based first-person shooter that lets players pick from a large roster of 35 different heroes. Now the master of his own fate, Genji chooses to lend his skills to Overwatch once more, returning to aid a world in crisis alongside his former comrades and any who join their cause.Pick Genji and slice into victory in Overwatch 2 Genji let his older brother know that he had forgiven him, but that Hanzo must walk the path of forgiving himself. In their former home of Shimada Castle, which had since been taken over by the Hashimoto clan, Genji revealed that he had survived their fateful encounter. The Shimada brothers would cross paths once again, on the anniversary of Genji’s death. In time, Zenyatta became his mentor, and under the monk's tutelage, Genji came to see both his experiences and his cybernetic form as a gift and a unique strength. He drifted for many years before crossing paths with the omnic monk Zenyatta. For the second time, he abandoned his former life and wandered the world in search of meaning. But when Overwatch fell from grace, Genji felt increasingly at war with himself-all that had transpired between that fateful night in Hanamura and his life as an Overwatch agent. His efforts in both Havana and Singapore led Genji and his squad mates to successfully apprehend Doomfist, then the highest name on Overwatch’s most wanted list. Overwatch leadership encouraged Genji to continue with agent training for the larger Overwatch strike team, and he graduated alongside Tracer and Winston. Genji wasn’t sidelined for long, however. Rewards of Gems or Ores therefore do not provide you with anything special. When you are given these Crops as a Gift, it will make it easier to achieve the designated total. In order to unlock a Mutation Seed at Sam's Stall, you have to sell or ship a specific number of that Mutation Crop. As far as Crops are concerned, they may be ordinary Crops or they may be Mutations. As far as the Tools are concerned, this will be the only method by which you can obtain the Tool, although upgrades are purchased from Brutus at his forge for any tool that can be upgraded. They serve a number of different purposes. The Rewards you obtain for unlocking Memories can be various: Crop Seeds, Crops, Tools, Ores and Gems as well as special Animal Products. In some cases, the Event will proceed without any action on your part, but in other cases, you must speak to the individual repeatedly to move the Event along to the end. Other times, you must enter a specific building or screen to trigger it. Sometimes you simply need to speak to the Individual to trigger the Memory. Memories are triggered in different ways in this game. I certainly did not see any difference in the musical notes after choosing each. Note that the second Heart Event requires you to choose between three possible responses but unlike many Harvest Moon games in the past, it does not appear to matter which one you choose. In the same fashion, 1 1/2 Musical Notes is a point value and often you will find the event you want will not trigger until you give another Gift, because although the Musical Note may appear to be half filled, the point value has not been met. It was only when I gave her a 'Liked' Gift in the form of Silver Ore, however, that I was able to trigger her first Heart Event. In these cases, it usually need not be a 'Most Favourite' but simply an item that the Character likes.įor example, I gave Tabitha a Crystal, her Most Favourite a few days ago and her first Musical Note became filled with red. I had to give him another Gift in order to meet the requirement. For example, when I had 1 full Musical Note with Luke, I could not trigger his first Heart Event. When the Musical Note fills with red, you basically have attained 1 Heart with the Character but often, a few more points actually are required to trigger the Event. What you do see is the little musical notes with the Character's Icon. In some games, including this one, you cannot SEE the actual points earned for any Gift given. Heart Level requirements actually are based on a point system in Harvest Moon games. Where Heart or Friendship Events are concerned, there are specific Musical Note Level requirements but in fact, this is not entirely accurate. There are Events that involve all the activities in the game as well, such as Fishing, Mining, Farming and Festivals. There are four Heart/Friendship Events for each of the Eligible Bachelors and Girls and three Friendship Events for every other Character. There is an Introduction Event for every Character you meet. need to fill in Rewards and Memories both. To have expeirenced this little sequence of Events is a requirement for most of the Introduction Events. You automatically will meet the other two Sprites as well as the Harvest Goddess. Note that Introduction Events only occur in many cases if you follow the hint at the very start to go East to meet the Yellow Harvest Sprite Rowan when you hear him crying. You will receive a Memory each time you meet a new Character or experience Friendship Events with specific Characters. I count that as 3 days.Your essential goal in Seeds of Memories is to recover the Memories of the Village. Example: Plant Cabbages on Spring 1, and they will be ready to pick the morning of Spring 3. The listed growing time includes the day it’s ready to harvest. If you get a new computer, you will need the Picasa software setup file. Your pictures will still be right where you put them, on your hard drive. Keep using it! Long Live Picasa! Although this product will not receive further updates, either bug fixes or enhancements, it is software that you download to your computer’s hard drive. Picasa Web Albums: you’ll need to switch to Google Photos instead of Picasa Web Albums, no transfer of pictures necessary.Picasa3 Desktop: you can still use the desktop software but we recommend saving your edits now,.How the announcement affects you – short answer: If you use either the desktop software, or the website, this announcement affects you. This affects both the desktop software, Picasa3, and the web service, Picasa Web Albums. They are retiring Picasa and devoting all their efforts to one photo product: Google Photos. Surely, you can benefit the most in case you’ve got a Google+ profile and in case you’re using online Picasa service.Google made it official with an announcement on February 12, 2016: Moving on from Picasa. Overall, Picasa is a very nice application which features a lot of capable photo editing tools. You can also share your photos with your Google+ circles. You can directly edit online photos, rearrange them, tag people who appear on your photos and upload them. Since Picasa is Google’s online photo depository which is connected to your Google account, Mac application has a lot of ties with its online service. Google has decided to separate effects into two groups: basic and advanced effects and each one of these give you some really nice fine-tuning options. Each new version adds new effects, so with the version 3.9 you really have a plenty of options. You can use a wide range of basic photo retouches to improve your photos and there are some interesting tools like collages and preloaded photo effects. Picasa is not only photo manager, but it also has some nice editing tools. So, even though iPhoto offers famed Apple simplicity, Picasa can be used in a number of time-saving actions. After that, you can create specific albums and folders to reorganize photos the way it most convenient for you. This way you can set up Picasa to look for all your personalized pictures folders on all these hard drive partitions and to show your library within one Picasa window. This can be helpful in case you’ve got several partitions and pictures scattered across all of them. It doesn’t have its own library, but it actually uses paths to photo folders that you need to set up. Picasa does things a little bit differently. You manage and edit your photos directly within iPhoto, so in case you’d like to move it to your USB, you can simply drag it from the iPhoto window to a desired destination. As you probably know, iPhoto stores your images into its own picture library where it classifies them according to its own rules. The best way to review Picasa and to show how it actually manages your photos is to compare it to its biggest rival – Apple’s iPhoto. This shows that Picasa is under the constant development, so it actually became quite useful and interesting photo editor for Mac OS X. Picasa is Google’s photo manager and editor, whose latest stable version is 3.9. One of these companies, who already produced interesting and quite popular photo editor for Windows, is Google. Even though iPhoto is surely one of the most popular photo editors for Macs, many other companies are also trying to present their own ideas of what a great photo manager and editor should be. Perhaps the best known is the iLife suite, which includes photo and video managers, as well as some creative music apps. One of its biggest qualities is that you can use it right after you’ve turned it on for the first time, since it comes with a large number of preinstalled applications. Mac OS X has been always known for its ease of use and simplicity. This will ensure your changes are made permanent. That’s why you place the cursor at the very top of the list and hold your down arrow until you get to the end of the list. This probably has something to do with each WorkFlowy list having its own unique URL. In so doing, you basically give WorkFlowy the green lights to go ahead and close the deal with the “preliminary” changes that the extension made. The only way your changes will stick, is if subsequent to using the extension, you place the cursor in each and every list that underwent a change. hold the down arrow on my keyboard to whiz through all the lists.place the cursor in the list title (Ctrl+Home) and.In the above GIF, you’ll notice that after all instances of the word “NOPE” have been changed, I… filter for your phrase in WorkFlowy’s search box to reveal it.expand the entire outline (by double-clicking on the list title) or.This extension only replaces all visible instances of the word/ phrase – which means that you need to either… In the GIF below, I use the Search and Replace Chrome extension to swap out “NOPE” with “YES!” across an entire outline. The secret to getting the changes to stick is an interesting, yet dead-easy cursor “handshake”. Recently I revisited the extension, determined to figure it out. After tinkering I dismissed it: It worked its magic before my eyes… but no sooner had I navigated to a different list, then most changes seemed to inexplicably revert back. Some time back, a WorkFlowy user emailed me with a tip on searching and replacing with the “Search and Replace” Chrome extension. On occasion it’d be massively convenient to search and replace in WorkFlowy. I was also convinced by the reviewer that compared it with a competing product that looked exactly the same except the spout was different. I chose it because I liked the cylindrical window design to see the amount of soap and thought it would be a small enough unit that would fit in my limited bathroom sink area. Sorry for starting out with a competing product, but I wanted to explain how I wound up with Secura instead.Īfter some research, I decided on Secura. It has been in use for about a year without any issues.Įver since I fixed* it I have always wanted one for myself but felt the footprint design was too big for my bathroom sink. I revived a Simplehuman automatic soap dispenser for a family member used at her business. Oh, and I sometimes tease my forgetful teen kids when they repeatedly can’t get it to work, and presto, voila’, it works just fine for me (after I refill it more than half). (I don’t mix the soaps, try it to see why!) Clean, sanitary, convenient except for that one filling-too-often detail. One’s for Dawn at the veggie sink, the other’s for Palmolive at the main sink. Ok, some folk won’t be bothered by this, and while too regularly filling it bugs me, I really like the two in my kitchen. Or adjust the dispensed volume to squirt out a huge wasteful amount of soap. Keeping the tank filled 1/2 to 2/3 full minimizes the problem. This is happening because the soap drains internally back down to the level of the tank fill, then has to be pumped back up to the spout. So either you have to keep adjusting the volume wheel, or top the tank up (which I do to avoid fooling around with the wheel). By the time the tank is nearing half full, you gotta activate it a couple three times to get enough soap to dispense. But as the soap level drops from use, the amount of soap dispensed also drops. Runs for at least a year on lithium batteries (4 AAs), and is really convenient to use. I can not imagine not having this soap dispenser by my kitchen sink! If this one stops working in 3 years, I’ll be back to repurchase another one. Lastly, this is a larger unit than most, but not so large that it’s obnoxious, and holds a large amount of soap so that refilling is less frequent than with much smaller units. Refilling is easy with the hole right on top and large enough to not make a big mess. On the Secura, the batteries store on the back of unit, making it very easy to change w/o flipping over and making a huge mess. That’s what happened to other brands I’ve tried in the past. I love that batteries are not stored in base, which leads to corrosion if the base gets wet. A no-touch dispenser is a MUST in my kitchen as I am constantly washing my hands all day, and while I’m preparing meals. I hope this one lasts as long as my last Secura! I use dish detergent in mine at the kitchen sink. The first one lasted 3 years, which is the longest any automatic soap dispenser has ever lasted for us. This is my second Secura Automatic Liquid Soap dispenser. SketchBook Pro Mobile doesn't currently have a way to import brushes. You cannot import brushes to your iOS or Android devices. While not standard, some stainless steel mixing bowls include handles so you can more easily hold the bowls when using or carrying them.īestReviews Cooking and Baking Expert Tips Not all mixing bowl sets include these, but cooks find that they can be a great help in the kitchen. Having measurement marks on the inside of the bowls provides an easy way to measure flour, sugar, and other ingredients without having to use measuring cups. Some sets also offer you a choice of colors so that you can more easily fit the bowls in with your kitchen décor. Clear or semi-clear lids will allow you to easily tell what is in a bowl without having to remove the lid. The lids should be made from BPA-free material. If a set includes lids, there should be a lid for each bowl that fits snugly and preferably provides an airtight or watertight seal. While not all stainless steel mixing bowl sets come with lids, this is a pretty standard feature for most of them. The other bowls step down in size to around one quart. The largest bowl in a set can reach eight quarts, although the largest bowl in most sets is five or six quarts. The whole purpose of choosing a set of bowls is to have various bowls of different sizes for use in the kitchen. Stainless steel mixing bowl sets range in size from three to six, with the average being five bowls to a set. The more bowls in the set, the more versatile it is. Any set you choose should nest together to make storage easy.īestReviews Cooking and Baking Expert Stainless steel mixing bowl set features Number What you choose will depend largely on your own tastes. Some bowl sets offer a classic appearance, while others tend toward a more modern look. Some are wider than others, and some are deeper. Shape: Stainless steel mixing bowls vary in shape somewhat from set to set. The lip should be comfortable to hold and not sharp. Lip: Another standard feature is a wide or extended lip on the top edge of each bowl, which gives you something to hold onto when stirring and mixing. Be sure that the silicone or rubber is firmly attached to the bottom of the bowls so that it will neither slip off nor allow water in between the material and the bowl. Some are available in a choice of colors, which can add a nice decorative touch. It also helps to protect your countertop. This material keeps the bowls stationary on the counter when you’re mixing and whisking. Nonslip: You’ll find nonslip silicone or rubber bottoms on many bowls, although not on all. Choose stainless steel that offers a nice shine and appearance and is stain and rust resistant. The best stainless steel mixing bowl sets are made from metal that’s thick enough to hold up over time but not so thick that it makes the bowls heavy and hard to use. Key considerations Constructionĭurable: We’re obviously talking stainless steel here, but even with that you’ll find different grades of steel. Stainless steel mixing bowls are more durable than glass bowls, and they resist stains and odors better than plastic bowls. This can be remarkably useful if you’re bidding on similar terms, or need to know with more accuracy how competitive keywords might truly perform. Using this calculation, the higher the end figure, the greater the potential return offered by that keyword. With these figures, we can apply the following formula: We can also see that the average monthly search volume is 390, and that the recommended bid is $26.85. In the example above, you’ll see that the keyword “using social media for business” has a competitiveness score of 0.9 – very high in comparison to some of the other terms in this report. Once you’ve done this, you’ll notice that the Low, Medium, and High competitiveness data has become a numerical value between 0 and 1, as shown below:Ĭalculate keyword return by exporting data as a CSV file.īased on this number, we can calculate which keywords offer the greatest potential return by using a simple calculation. To see exactly how competitive a keyword is, export the search data from Keyword Planner as a CSV file that can be opened in a spreadsheet application. This is great if you only need a cursory glance at how competitive a keyword is, but if you need more accurate data, you’ve got to get creative. However, this isn’t as helpful as it sounds, as there are only three levels of competitiveness offered within the Keyword Planner: Low, Medium, or High. When evaluating the competitiveness of keywords, the Keyword Planner helpfully offers some guidance on how competitive – and, therefore, potentially expensive – certain keywords are. Go Beyond Competition Data by Exporting Keyword Planner CSV Files As such, you’d want to structure your bidding strategy accordingly to account for the disparity between mobile and desktop search volume. This strongly signifies the intent behind this search, as the vastly larger mobile search volume suggests that people are searching for 24-hour locksmiths from their mobile devices as they may have been locked out of their home. Visualizing traffic across months and devices using Keyword Planner.Īs you can see, mobile volume for this keyword is almost double the desktop search volume for this term. Since keyword volume and CPC bid estimates vary wildly based on your budget, bid, location, and other factors, it’s important that you provide Google with some information to customize your estimates.įor example, you could enter in a bid of $40 and a daily budget of $1,000.00 and based on those settings, the Keyword Planner will generate detailed daily estimates for clicks, impressions, average ad position, and costs, as shown here. The next step of the Keyword Plan process involves setting a keyword bid and daily budget for your portfolio of keywords and keyword groupings. Getting Estimates and Reviewing Your Keyword Plan The Keyword Planner maintains state for the duration of your session – keywords that you add are saved while you’re in the process of looking for keywords.įinally, when you’re done finding keywords, click on the “ Get Estimates and Review Plan” button. Keywords in the Keyword Planner appear either in list view or in grouped view, which is sort of analogous to the concept of keyword niches and keyword lists that we’ve long supported in WordStream’s own keyword tools.Īdditionally, you can add individual keywords or keyword groupings to “Your Plan,” which is sort of a temporary storage area for saving interesting-looking keywords and keyword groupings for later. For phrase and broad match search traffic, try these Google Keyword Planner tips. Please note that AdWord’s Keyword Planner returns exact match search traffic. You can also include or exclude keywords containing specific terms, and exclude keywords that are already in your AdWords account. Filter keywords: You can narrow your keyword list based on various criteria, such as average CPC and average monthly search volume.View keyword statistics and performance estimates: Specify targeting options that you select such as country, language and search network to inform your keyword estimates.Look for keyword and ad group ideas: Brainstorm keyword ideas based on individual keyword ideas, or based on your landing page, a product category, or any combination of the above. |
